Relaxation techniques

Relaxation is very important for physical and emotional health and well-being.

Stress leads to undesirable changes, such as increased heart rate, poor digestion, sleeplessness, and high blood pressure.  Relaxation can reduce stress, and can even eliminate these unwanted effects.

I teach techniques to help relaxation, and these techniques are often included with other psychotherapeutic approaches.
